What we collect

When you contact us we collect what you send: your name, work email, company and message. Our website does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used - but only if you explicitly allow it via the consent banner. If you decline (or ignore the banner), no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, and - only if you become a client - to administer the engagement. We do not add you to mailing lists without explicit consent.

Where it lives

Enquiry data is stored in our email and CRM systems, hosted within the EU where available. Access is limited to the partners handling your enquiry.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address with Resend, our email provider, and only after you confirm the subscription by clicking the link we send you (double opt-in). We use it solely to send the newsletter - one or two emails a month. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to hello@sigmajunction.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Client data in engagements

Data processed during engagements is governed by a separate data processing agreement signed per engagement - including confidentiality, retention and deletion terms.
