This policy explains what personal data SIGMAJUNCTION DOO(“SigmaJunction”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use sigmajunction.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

What we collect and why
Contact submissions. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to take steps toward a possible engagement. Legal basis: your request / steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. We run Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics storage denied by default — no analytics cookies are set until you accept in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (e.g. IP address, user agent, timestamps) to operate and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security and reliability (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you accept in the banner; if you decline, none are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing the site's stored preference in your browser, which makes the banner appear again. Strictly necessary technical storage needed to run the site does not require consent.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Google — Google Analytics (consented analytics) and Google Cloud (hosting). May involve processing outside the EEA.
- Our email provider — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox so we can reply.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, then delete them — and we delete them sooner on request. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Serbian data-protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@sigmajunction.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, your national authority).

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
