Your engineering department. Ours to run.
A hand-picked senior squad — engineers, a product lead, a designer where needed — embedded in your company at a fixed monthly rate. The output of an in-house team, without the eighteen months and hiring risk it takes to build one.

The right model when
The roadmap is long
Quarters of work, not weeks — a product to grow, a platform to maintain, a backlog that never ends.
Hiring is the bottleneck
You can't find, close or retain the seniority you need at the speed the business needs it.
Budget wants certainty
Your board approves one number, once — and it doesn't move when the work gets hard.
Typical squad shapes
Composition follows your roadmap — these are the three shapes most engagements start with. Every squad includes a partner-level lead.
Compact
2–3 peopleOne product, steady pace. Right for maintaining and evolving a system already in production.
Standard
4–5 peopleA product with an active roadmap — new features shipping weekly while the platform hardens underneath.
Extended
6–8 peopleMultiple workstreams in parallel — a platform rebuild alongside new product lines, or several systems at once.
The first 90 days
Embedding a team is a process, not an event. Here's what the first quarter of a dedicated-team engagement actually looks like.
Common questions
What does a squad cost?
One fixed monthly number, quoted after the diagnosis call and based on squad size and composition. It's typically 40–60% of the fully-loaded cost of hiring the same seniority in-house.
Can we change squad size later?
Yes — quarterly. Squads resize up or down at each quarterly review; the core lead stays constant so context is never lost.
What if someone isn't a fit?
Tell us. You interviewed everyone in, and you can interview anyone out — we replace within two weeks, with overlap for handover.
Can the team eventually become ours?
The system can — that's the point of documented handover. For the people, we've occasionally agreed transfers; it's a conversation, not a taboo.

Twelve spreadsheets and three legacy tools became one quoting and dispatch platform — in production from week six.
