We're a European engineering company built around one idea: the people who scope your project are the people who build it.
SigmaJunction started as a small group of senior engineers in Europe who had watched too many good ideas get diluted — by offshore factories, by agencies that sold seniority and staffed juniors, by teams that disappeared the day after launch. We set out to be the opposite of that.
Today we've delivered 120+ projects across four continents, from first MVPs for pre-seed founders to the systems that run publicly traded companies — across SaaS, FinTech, e-commerce, and logistics. The work has generated more than $32M in client revenue and helped the startups we've built raise over $14M.
Europe gave us our bench: a region that quietly produces some of the sharpest engineering minds anywhere. We work across European, US, and Pacific time zones, so there's real daily overlap with clients wherever they are. And we build for the long term — software that compounds in value instead of compounding technical debt, that your own team can pick up and run when the time comes.

Ownership without excuses
We treat every project as if the company were ours. When something breaks, we don't deflect — we diagnose, communicate, and fix it. Accountability isn't a policy here; it's the default.
Senior minds, always
We don't staff projects with junior engineers loosely supervised by seniors who are too stretched to notice. You work with our best people — not someone learning on your budget and your timeline.
Radical transparency
We share the hard truths early. If an approach is wrong, we say so — even when it's the one you'd prefer. You always know where the project stands, including when it stands somewhere uncomfortable.
Partnership
We'll take equity when we believe in the build.
For a small number of exceptional early-stage startups, we provide the full engineering capacity of a senior team in exchange for a meaningful equity stake — becoming technical co-founders rather than contractors. We take on two to four of these a year, so we can give each one everything it needs.
Typical stake is 2–7%, negotiated transparently, usually alongside a discounted cash rate. We ship production code, architect the infrastructure, and sit in the investor meetings — and we move to MVP in roughly 10–16 weeks.
