Software built around how your business actually runs

Off-the-shelf tools force your operations into someone else's assumptions. We build platforms, products and internal tools shaped precisely to your workflows — assets on your balance sheet, not subscriptions on your expense report.

What we build

Operational platforms

Order management, scheduling, dispatch, pricing — the systems that replace the spreadsheet layer your company secretly runs on.

Customer-facing products

Portals, marketplaces and SaaS products — from the first release through the version that carries real revenue.

Internal tools

Admin panels, pricing engines, reporting and approval flows — the software your team opens every morning.

Legacy modernisation

Careful, incremental replacement of systems too critical to switch off — no big-bang rewrites, no downtime.

How we engineer

Three rules we don't break, whatever the project.

Boring technology, deliberately

Proven stacks your future hires already know. Novelty goes into your product, not your infrastructure.

Shipped weekly

Working software in your hands every week from week two. Course-correction is cheap when feedback is constant.

Built to hand over

Documentation, tests and architecture a new team can inherit. No lock-in by obscurity — ever.

The stack, chosen for longevity

We standardise on technology with deep talent pools and ten-year track records — so the system outlives our engagement.

What you receive, every time

Not just code. Every custom-software engagement ships with the assets a future team — yours or anyone's — needs to take over.

Common questions

How long does a typical build take?

A focused v1 usually ships in 2–3 months across 3–4 milestones. The first working software reaches you in week two either way.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes — we regularly pair with internal engineers, share a codebase and review each other's work. Handover is cleaner when your team was there from the start.

What if we already have a legacy system?

We modernise incrementally — strangler-pattern replacements that keep the old system running until each piece of the new one proves itself in production.

Who owns the code?

You do — in full. IP transfers milestone by milestone as payments clear, and there is no lock-in by obscurity: everything is documented for handover.

Which engagement model fits a custom build?

Bounded systems fit per-project; products with long roadmaps fit a dedicated team. We'll recommend one in the diagnosis.

Do you take over existing codebases?

Yes, after a short technical audit. If the honest answer is "rewrite this part, keep that part," that's what the audit will say.
