The software your team opens every morning

Internal tools are where margins hide: hours lost in the ERP's worst screens, approvals living in inboxes, reports assembled by hand. We build admin panels, workflow tools and dashboards that your team actually adopts — because they were designed with the people who use them.

What we build for your team

The tools that decide whether a workday flows or drags — shaped to the task, not the database.

Admin panels & back office

The screens your operations run on — fast, keyboard-friendly, built around the task instead of the data model.

Approval & workflow tools

Requests, reviews and sign-offs with owners, deadlines and an audit trail — out of inboxes, into a queue.

Dashboards & reporting

Live numbers from real systems — replacing the Friday spreadsheet ritual and the arguments about whose export is right.

Pricing & configuration engines

Margin rules, tariffs and product configuration encoded once, applied consistently by everyone.

How internal tools actually get adopted

The graveyard of internal software is full of tools nobody asked for. Adoption is a milestone here, not a hope.

01

Sit with the users

We watch the work before we design the screen. The best requirements are the workarounds people have already invented.

02

Design for the exception

Happy paths are easy; tools live or die on the weird cases. Exceptions get first-class screens, not error messages.

03

Pilot with one team

A small group works in the tool for real, and their feedback lands in weekly releases until they'd fight to keep it.

04

Roll out, retire the old way

Training, permissions and a deliberate switch-off of the spreadsheet — so there's one way to do the work.

What ships with every tool

Internal doesn't mean informal — these run your operation, so they ship like production software.

Common questions

Wouldn't a low-code tool like Retool be cheaper?

Sometimes — and when it is, we'll say so in the diagnosis. Low-code earns its keep on simple CRUD screens; it struggles with complex workflows, performance and fine-grained permissions. We build the tools that outgrew it.

Our team is tired of new tools nobody asked for. How is this different?

The people who'll use it help design it — we prototype against their real cases and pilot with one team before any rollout. Adoption is an explicit milestone, not a hope.

Can it talk to our ERP without breaking it?

Yes. We integrate read-only first, then write back through the ERP's own APIs or approved interfaces — with retries, idempotency, an exception queue, and a rollback plan agreed with whoever operates the ERP.

Who maintains it after launch?

Your choice: a retainer where we operate and evolve it, or a documented handover to your team — including help hiring, if you're building one.

Which screen does your team complain about most?

Start there. The diagnosis is free, and the first tool usually ships within a quarter.
