Common questions

Can you connect to our machines and PLCs?

Usually, yes — via OPC UA, MQTT or the machine builder's own interface where one exists. Where a machine is too old to talk, a terminal or sensor at the station captures the same data. The diagnosis maps what's realistically connectable before we promise anything.

We already run an ERP. Does this replace it?

No — it coexists. The ERP stays the commercial system of record; we build the operational layer it never covered and sync the two automatically. Replacing an ERP is almost never the first move, and we'll say so.

Can you roll out without stopping production?

That's the only way we do it. New workflows run in parallel on one line or cell first, the old process stays available as the fallback, and cutover happens per area once the numbers hold — never plant-wide on a weekend.

Do you understand our industry's compliance requirements?

We've built traceability and audit-trail systems, and we design retention, sign-off and access control in from the first milestone. Your quality team defines the requirements; industry context is week one of the diagnosis, not year one.

What does the shop floor actually see?

Simple, fast screens built for gloves and glare — confirm a job, log downtime, flag scrap in seconds. If operators need a manual to use it, we've built the wrong thing.

Which engagement model fits manufacturing work?
